What Happens Next?

Reaching out can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be.

Together, we’ll come up with a unique plan that fits you—at your

pace, with no pressure. Here’s what the process looks like.

Reach Out

Send me an email or fill out the contact form. I’ll get back to you personally — no automated responses, just me.

Schedule Your Appointment

Once we’ve connected we’ll find a time that works for you and get your first appointment on the books.

Discuss Your Needs

We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you need, and whether I’m the right person to help you get there.

Get Started

If we decide to work together, I’ll send intake forms and schedule your first session.

Begin Therapy

All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
